Lean Six Sigma Programme

A Lean Six Sigma programme improves existing processes by removing waste (Lean) and reducing variation (Six Sigma) using the data-driven DMAIC cycle. This template stands up the programme: it defines the improvement portfolio, runs projects through Define–Measure–Analyze–Improve–Control, baselines process performance and sigma level, and builds the control plans that make gains stick.
