Culture Diagnostic

A culture diagnostic surfaces how the organisation actually works beneath the surface, so culture can be shaped deliberately. This template combines Schein's three levels — artifacts, espoused values, and underlying assumptions — to interpret why a culture exists, with the Competing Values Framework to profile and target the culture type.
