Operating Model Design

An operating-model design defines how an organisation runs to deliver its strategy — across processes, people, technology, and more. This template designs a target operating model (TOM) using a structured component framework (e.g., POLISM: processes, organisation, locations, information, suppliers, management systems), moving from strategy to a coherent future-state design and the transition to it.
