Organisation Design (Blueprint)

Documented organisation-design blueprint — the structured artifact a team fills in when designing a new or revised organisation. It captures the five Galbraith Star choices (strategy, structure, processes, rewards, people) as completed design records: a target structure with spans and layers, the lateral coordination processes, the decision-rights map, and the reward and role choices.
