Capability Model (Blueprint)

Business capability model: a hierarchical map of what the organisation does (capabilities), independent of how or who, with a heat-map overlay of strategic importance and maturity. It applies capability-based planning (as in TOGAF) — map, assess, plan, control — typically decomposing to Level 3, and colours the heat map (e.g., red high-change, blue no-change) to direct investment.
